These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZeroToOneAI platform and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZeroToOneAI is an automated platform that leverages artificial intelligence to generate business assets, including but not limited to brand identity, codebase, copy, and structural templates. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (Your Ownership)

Unlike many AI platforms, you retain 100% ownership of the final assets generated for your specific business. Once generated and exported, the codebase, brand assets, and marketing copy belong to you. You are free to commercialize, modify, or sell the generated business.

However, you do not own the underlying proprietary AI models, agents, or the ZeroToOneAI platform architecture used to generate these assets.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate businesses promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI agents.
• Generate overwhelming numbers of requests through automated scripts bypassing our API limits (unless explicitly using the Agency tier API).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZeroToOneAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

While our AI attempts to generate legally sound templates, we are not a law firm. You are highly encouraged to have a licensed professional review any generated legal documents before use.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
